Club Eagles have defeated newly promoted side Biss Buru 3-1 in Saturday evening’s DPL match at Galolhu Stadium.

The game was played simultaneously with the game of New Radiant versus Gadhdhoo Recreation Club, which was being played at Gadhdhoo Football ground.

Club Eagles took the lead in the 16th minute through their Egyptian forward, Amir Shoeib Al-Sadek Mohamed.

Zain Zafar then doubled their lead, as Eagles went in to half-time with a two-goal lead.

Biss Buru narrowed hat lead by via their Nigerian defender Aliu Owolabi Fatai. Hopes of a comeback by Bissburu were not materialized , as Eagles made it 3-1 with a strike from their veteran, Ismail Easa with just ten minutes of regulation time remaining.
