Football Association of Maldives has announced its plan to create seven new committees ahead of the new season.

In a circular published yesterday, the association – currently governed by a normalization committee – addressed clubs from the first and second divisions, and offered the clubs to let members apply for positions in the following committees:

  • Women’s Football Committee
  • Media Committee
  • Legal Committee
  • Medical Committee
  • Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee
  • Competition Committee
  • Referees’ Committee

According to the circular, which General Secretary Nahil Siddeeq signed, FAM wants the clubs to send the names, CVs, and ID card copies of individual candidates who have time to spare for the committees.
